The property itself was nicely designed and laid out. For whatever reason no one came to do housekeeping daily. When I left the hotel there is a dumpster on the walk to the parking and needless to say horrible smell.

The front desk men were great! Allowing us to store our bags when we arrived from the airport until we could go to our room. They were very helpful when I had a specific request regarding room supplies. I wish I would have talked to them at checkout regarding the dirty room rug. I took photos of the dirt and hair that we both had on our feet after showers. I walked to my bed and back to wash in the tub when I saw the mess on my sheet. I feel bad writing a criticism when I did not bring it up to them. Maybe it was a one-time anomaly? The lovely view of the ocean and walkability of the area was the reason I chose the hotel.

I loved the our view. I wasn’t to impressed with the breakfast or the fact that they couldn’t find an iron so we could iron our clothes. Also know that you have to pay everyday for parking or just buy a parking pass. Other than that the staff was friendly and there was enough stores around to get sodas or snacks if need be.

The room was filthy, dirty, one of the days they didn’t have any breakfast, they said they did not receive the order and the hotel was packed. Aren’t you supposed to have everything on point? The bathroom tub was clogged had to turn on and off shower to keep water draining, no iron, limited towels. Will not stay there again.

Perfect location, just minutes away in Uber from old San Juan and la placita area. Close to beaches as well. Staff are friendly and hotel was very clean. Quiet area as well.
