The property itself was nicely designed and laid out. For whatever reason no one came to do housekeeping daily. When I left the hotel there is a dumpster on the walk to the parking and needless to say horrible smell.

The front desk men were great! Allowing us to store our bags when we arrived from the airport until we could go to our room. They were very helpful when I had a specific request regarding room supplies. I wish I would have talked to them at checkout regarding the dirty room rug. I took photos of the dirt and hair that we both had on our feet after showers. I walked to my bed and back to wash in the tub when I saw the mess on my sheet. I feel bad writing a criticism when I did not bring it up to them. Maybe it was a one-time anomaly? The lovely view of the ocean and walkability of the area was the reason I chose the hotel.

Deplorable. Gave us two towels for 3 guests. Shower water does not go to the sprayer. Limited food options in the less touristy neighbourhood. The breakfast (included) consisted of bagels, bread, and croissants, cereal (some time without milk), apples, coffee and juice. That’s it. For two days after Christmas they only served (if you can called it that) packaged cereal without even milk. So people were eating dry cereal with peanut butter for breakfast. There is not much of any amenities around. Good views and quiet neighbourhood.

When my boyfriend and I booked this hotel, it says breakfast and room service are included. We stayed there for 5 nights, we never ate breakfast there, because they only have coffee and bagels that were only served on display, there were not even plates and server wears. The room services never appeared on those 5 days, while we were there. I had to ask about sheets, towels and other stuffs the whole entire time. 3 nights after, they dropped off the sheets and towels by the door, and I had to make my bed. They’re very bad when it comes to assistance.

To begin with the continental breakfast was horrible. Either the hotel was out of the breakfast items or they were out of the supplies to eat them with such as plates, forks, and spoons. When stafff was asked they said that the items were on back order and had not arrived. I spoke with management, complained and supposedly, they will provide a credit refund for the disastrous breakfast service.

This hotel offers a stunning view, but the staff appeared too preoccupied to assist us as newcomers to the country eager to learn about the area. Whether due to a language barrier or insufficient training, they were unable to provide guidance or information. It was frustrating not to have access to basic amenities like a fan in such a challenging climate, especially when there’s so much to explore.
