Hotel muy bonito. Esperaba más de la habitación, muy sencilla. Mi única queja fue que comimos en el Marina, 3 órdenes de alitas con papas fritas y 1 orden de tenders con papas. Las alitas tenían un sabor malo ademas como si la descongelaran y volvieran a congelar y solo eran 6 alitas pobres bien pequeñas para pagar $16 por cada una. Daba vergüenza el plato. No las comimos todas. La coca cola no tenia sabor. Le dejamos saber a la mesera y no hizo nada. La primera vez en la vida que botamos $100 a la basura.

Property has an amazing location for what we needed, good restaurants, amazing pools and the room view is just espectacular, however 1st impression we had wasn’t expected with valet parking team, they asked us if we will do self or valet parking we weren’t sure one of them said we need to move the car from the front of the hotel however by that time we didn’t check in our staff was in the car and they walked us to the self parking. in my experience normally they let you check in 1st and then you can do depending self or valet parking. 2nd thing our room was near the elevators and doors so early in the morning some employees used they radio and a lot annoy every day Pool staff super friendly, ferry guys were just amazing even the 2 inconveniences we had I still want to recommend this property

The outside property was beautiful, but the inside rooms need some TLC. A dirty sink, a dirty picture hanging on the wall in the bathroom, the beds are dusty on top, and the balcony needs to be cleaned or painted.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever been. To start, the views are breathtaking, all around the facilities are well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and it seemed remodeled not long ago. The food options are plenty and every where you go there’s a place you can eat or drink. We really LOVED that they have their own island (Palomino Island) the beach is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back someday soon!!
