Showers could definitely be updated. I’d give the actual shower a 1.5 rating. A drink package would be nice. Basic frozen drinks were super expensive. A kids frozen drink was outrageous considering they contain zero alcohol. Food and drink prices were much too high! The resort itself, it was amazing! The staff was great, desert was great, views were great but would have loved to have stayed on property for more meals but you could leave the resort and pay less for a nicer meal.

The property view was phenomenal. The staff was very hospitable. Great for families but enough pools that it never felt super crowded (even during spring break). Don't spend the extra money on the cabanas. No real perks

We enjoyed the beach and the water park, but we did not like the food as it was very salty and expensive. Unfortunately, the staff did not inform us of anything unless we asked. Additionally, you have to pay for water bottles

Property is beautiful, but housekeeping deptment is horrible, cushion on chairs around the pool area are bad (a lot of them have mold and look dirty), also chairs inside property are dirty/stained need new ones, food in restaurants is ok, not great like it should,gaming area, pool tables and play sticks need ones are old and in really really bad shape. This hotel was highly recommended by friends but we r very dissatisfied/disappointed.

Beautiful area with private island. Fitness room needs updating and the one recumbent bike was not working. Some of the game tables also were not operable. Resort food was mediocre.staff were super nice and welcoming
