Friendly service but the room was very noisy due to the loud noises from the air conditioner units right outside our window. Sleeping was hard due to the loud noise.

My stay here was great! The front desk personnel were very friendly and gave recommendations on where to go. My partner got there before I did & they allowed him to check in early. The hotel was clean and about a 10 minute or less car ride from main attractions. I highly recommend.

Lobby decor and highlights was beautiful. It was the room structures, lack of needed furniture, small bed for two people. First room had mold and holes in the walls. 2nd replacement room had an HVAC machine outside the window making noise constantly, and no table or dresser to set toiletries, etc. down. Bathroom too small.

Let’s see… where do I start?! My fiancé and I chose this place based on photos that were posted on expedia, but we learned the hard way that EVERYTHING was falsely advertised! The room was ridiculously expensive and small for two average sized adults. We nearly spent an entire day waiting to shower because there was no hot water for hours! We told the staff about it hoping they would give us a solution, but nothing happened. The “staff” is very unprofessional and not at all concerned with customer complaints, they’re hardly ever at the front desk, so if you need anything you’re just S.O.L. They don’t provide ice, cups, fresh linen, nor trash bags. We were there for four days and not one time did someone from the housekeeping staff knock on the door to service our room. I had to track down the cleaning lady just to get fresh wash cloths and trash bags! This is unacceptable and needs huge improvements. Better yet, just close the place down all together Stay away from this place unless you don’t mind being uncomfortable and disrespected!
