This room was basic but it was clean, had a comfortable bed and updated bathroom. The best part by far is its location. If you have an early flight as we did staying here makes it much easier. I would use it again if I were to fly out early.

Second time staying here upon arrival before setting out to our destination in Puerto Rico. Unbelievably quiet for location, very clean and comfortable. Food is pretty good and free breakfast is great. Definitely recommend. Just need better signage from the airport terminal, but signs were better this time than last year. Very nice accommodations without need for shuttle/Uber offsite.

The SJ Airport hotel is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Especially if you are there getting ready for a flight the next day. The staff are very helpful and caring. Looking for some water in the evening they gave me two bottles at the front desk. Not knowing it my wedding ring slipped off and fell to the floor. I did not notice it until the next morning. After searching our room we called to the front desk and they had found it while cleaning. We will always be grateful to the hotel staff for their help! Thanks! John

5-Star Service
I stayed here with my children while we were in transit in San Juan before heading home to the UK. I was incredibly surprised by the 5-star level of service that we received from the time we walked through the doors of the hotel to leaving. The guy who checked us in was called Angel and he was so kind and checked us in hours early because he saw how exhausted my kids and I were. A very kind man called Alex helped us take our luggage to our room and told us how lucky we were to have room 333. Every member of staff we met even the manager on duty that day treated us so warmly and were ready to assist us. When we left we received a hotel to airport service where we were assisted once again with our luggage all the way to the hotel. This may not be a 5 star hotel in terms of infrastructure and offerings but it certainly is one in terms of the service. I've stayed at many hotels across the world in my travels. From 3-5 star and this must be by far one of the top hotels where service is concerned.

The credit card system for a “safely” deposit was not working. I had to fiil out a long form to manually process my card. They even made a photocopy of my card. I do not like at al… I hope that nothing happens… No bath towels in the bathroom. They provided tha but that should no happen...
