My husband and I stayed for one night and we wish we would have booked our entire stay at Hotel Rumbao. It was so beautiful. Everyone was friendly and kind. We will definitely stay there again.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. Sarah at the reception was especially helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel is quiet, clean, and has very nice amenities. The restaurant on the second floor had really good food and the drinks at the bar were fantastic! I recommend the Rum-Bao!

While this property, has nice interior decor, and is conveniently located to the cruise ports and Old San Juan, be sure to triple check your room, as we were given a room with bloody sheets that was clearly dried and not washed. This was definitely a bio hazard issue.
