The best and only advantage is its location to the Cruise piers(1-3 piers). The services that they offer are mediocre at best Our room lock was not screwed well. I had to screw the casing of the lock. -The coffee maker was broken -Room's thermostat was fixed too cold When we complained that the coffee machine was broken, they gave me a voucher for the cafeteria, but the young lady in charge refused to honor it. I had to go up again two stories to ask the front desk to call the cafeteria attendant. She reluctantly served me, after a half hour wait.

Great location close to very good restaurants in Old San Juan. Just walk up the hill and you are overlooking the ocean from Castillo San Cristóbal. Comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff, and good coffee in the morning. Had hoped for a view of the pier, but the hotel was fully booked and we didn’t arrive until 6 PM. Recommended.

There was some challenges to our suite. The living room tv was not by the couch. The lighting overall in the entire suite was lacking. We did not receive service on the first night. It took two hours to bring clean towels when we called.

Modern hotel right on the waterfront in Old San Juan. Comfortable beds and pillows, room location overlooking multi-storey car park which was not great. The staff were very nice.
