First Timer
This is my first time experiencing a hotel that integrates a coworking space and had a great time. It creates an environment to befriend others, while being conveniently near all the tourist attractions. The room itself was specious and comfortable. I would definitely return if I make another trip back to Florence.

Great base, outside of the ZTL!
Great staff, friendly & informative. Great gym. Lovely place to start and end the day. The app didn’t work for either of us so that made some things difficult or impossible, such as use of the laundry. Mostly Americans and students so if you’re looking for an authentic Italian place this isn’t for you.

Lights, air conditioning did not work. We spoke to front desk and I emailed complaints with no response. Lastly we woke up with strange bites, please do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

Good location, just outside of the historic downtown core and limited traffic zone (ZTL) so it is possible to rent a car and find street parking nearby. Hotel is new with good amenities including a pool on the roof deck with an amazing view of the duomo.

Perfect place if you’re in your 20s or early 30s. Fun, quirky, modern with very friendly staff. That said, the room was modern and cool but TINY. Couldn’t open more than one suitcase at a time because the entire room was basically the bed. Shower was the smallest I’ve ever been in at about 2ft by 2ft. Had to T-Rex shower. Breakfast wasn’t great and coffee machine wasn’t working. All that said though, hotel was overall a really cool place and within walking distance of city center with all the shopping and central market. Cool place if you’re younger…older ppl like us need a bit more space!

The property has nice views and wonderful staff the location is a good walking distance from the domo. The rooms are clean but a bit cramped. They are decorated with a college dorm theme, the laundry facilities are well run and clean my largest complaint would be the beds they are horrible paper thin and again a college dorm mattress 6” of hard foam over no spring frame. The breakfast is wonderful, a fantastic spead every morning!

A clean hotel conveniently located near the Santa Maria Train station. The staff were very helpful and it was an easy 20-minute walk to the historic center of Florence.

Loved this hotel. Completely different hotel from what we usually go for. This place is aimed at having fun and it certainly does that. This doesn't mean that the hotel falls short in providing hotel services. With delightful staff, it excels here too. The rooftop bar at night is fantastic with great views of the Duomo.

Horrible check in process and terrible front desk. Rooms are clean but there is no shower door so water splashes everywhere. Breakfast staff was much better and breakfast was good.

Nice property, well kept and quite busy with students. It seems to be a co-working/student housing type hotel but kind of makes it fun. The rooftop bar was open but the staff weren’t the best and don’t expect a heated pool. Rooms were nice and so were the bathrooms. More modern and stylish than what we typically saw at more of the rustic style Italy hotels.

My stay was short, but I chose this property for all the amenities it offers. I wish I had taken advantage of it but did not have the time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable although my sink would not drain and I didn't feel like the room temperature was adjusting to what I wanted it set to.
