"I’ve stayed at many places but this is definitely one of my favorites. The building looks brand new and very well-maintained. There is a hangout room on the top floor with a huge Tv and coffee machine. Next to it is a small gym with a bathroom and a shower! There is also WiFi that works very well in both rooms! I really love the decoration in my room and the view was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full sized fridge. The AC and WiFi work very well. There is always a guard at the front door downstairs. The only issue I had was the temperature of the water in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold (for me at least). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back!"

"I highly recommend this property to those who want an authentic experience. If you expect luxury, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience "ordinary" culture and typical Costa Rican lifestyle, i believe this is a great choice."

"I love their garden and their breakfast. Also the friendly and helpful staff are a plus. The first room I stayed #18, needs a cleaner sink area. It’s not adequate, not to standards. The location adjacent to the main university grounds is excellent."
