"The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great "

"Very clean, very typical hotel vibe but perfect if you need easy access to the airport! The airport shuttle bus made my life a million times easier, especially never having been to Japan before. I was only in the area for two days before heading up to Hokkaido for the winter season, but being by the airport meant easy enough access to Tokyo. If you're looking for a longer stay in Tokyo I'd recommend staying closer to the city centre, but if it's a short stay and you aren't fussed by the hour or so train ride in then it's quite a nice place to be :)"

"The room is big and clean. All the people in the reception are nice, helpful and can understand English. Service is efficient. We have our luggage brought to this hotel fron Osaka earlier than our arrival and it is in our room already when we got there. They have a coin washer and dryer on the 3rd and 7th floor. They have a buffet breakfast with good selection for 1500 yen. It is close to the stations and to a lot of restaurants and bar. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which is the main reason we booked this hotel. We will definitely stay again here if we come back to Japan."

"Good morning buffet in the evening buffet were both excellent. Really enjoyed the food. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and always courteous and willing to help."
