This hotel was well kept both inside and out. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was good. There were some homeless people around the area that we uncomfortable.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that shower was very slippery and hazardous for my mom. We asked for a shower mat but they didn’t have one. We ended up using the floor towel as a shower mat and it worked. Thank goodness there was a hand bar to hold onto as well!

If I may, good job Santa Fe
This property is as comfortable and what you expect at this level of hotel. It was on the more expensive end but that was understandable once you look around at other hotels. Cleanliness and upkeep always lack at these hotels but not in an exaggerated manner. We enjoyed the New Mexico theme turquoise decor.
