Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price.

Lovely large hotel with lots on to entertain the children I found there to be lots of choice for breakfast but evening meal was very poor. Rooms were nice and big but need updating

The rooms could do with a re-furb. The maid service was very disappointing. They made the beds at best but getting clean towels etc was a struggle. Lots of rubbish around the pool area, lack of sun beds. People were having to take turns sitting on them from very early hours to reserve them.

Staff were always helpful, friendly and worked very, very hard. The Entertainment team worked non-stop to keep kids and adults alike entertained.

Our room was infested with bugs for the first three nights. On the third night, the bugs attacked three of our four kids. Our two-year old had trouble sleeping because of the massive welts on her legs. We provided the hotel with photos and videos -- of the bugs and the kids. And yet the hotel has not yet honored our request for a partial refund of $500-plus we paid each night. This is totally unacceptable to us and I would hope it's unacceptable to Expedia, which is how we found and booked our trip.

Relaxing Stay
A lovely hotel with clean, modern and spacious rooms (ours was the Premium Studio). Friendly staff. We went self catering and didn't end up eating at the hotel, so can't comment on the food and drink. Beautiful pool areas and grounds, with a separate pool just for adults, which suited us as there were quite a lot of kids around during our stay and it probably generally is quite well geared up for kids and families.

Excellent Family Hotel
We stayed at the Zafiro Mallorca from 29/07/18 to 11/08/18, family of four, children aged 14 & 10. Couldn’t fault the hotel, the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. We upgraded to a room with private rooftop sun terrace with its own jacuzzi and it was fantastic. Food was pretty good but typical hotel buffet and nothing that exceptional but children loved it. The entertainment staff was amazing and Diago and his team worked tirelessly to keep everyone happy and they all seemed to love their job, I take my hat off to them and everyone st the Zafiro Mallorca.

Tired room but good facilities for kids
The room was tired and in general need of updating. It was clean however and a decent cot was provided for our toddler (at extra cost). The resort is great for kids with a brilliant kiddie pool with slides, a kids club and a lovely shaded playground. We actually didn’t spend that much time in the resort in the end as our daughter loved the beach which is a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of restaurants in town too so we mostly ate out. Highly recommend La Pinta. Also Monaco was really good. Both do kids food. All in all it was a really lovely holiday but we probably wouldn’t go back to he resort again just because the rooms are tired for the amount you pay. We also didn’t like the loud music blaring from the entertainment from about 8pm (coinciding with our daughter’s bedtime)!

Burnt in the shower
I got burned in the shower on day 2, I complained to reception. I got burned in the shower again on day 3 and complained and that’s when I got a reaction from the hotel. I shouldn’t have had to complain twice to get a reaction on the shower. No apology from reception. The shower mixer was delivering very cold water and then extremely hot water which caused very sensitive skin which felt like burning. Also not sure we had the room we booked as we weren’t sure what was premium about it. Room was clean.

An average hotel
my Overall stay was just ok. I was not given the room that I have requested, they gave us a room on the ground floor that it’s dated and smelly. Hotel staff are very nice except the tall Spanish guy in the reception who is a bit rude. Front desk staff should be more friendly and not biased, if you’re a German their treatment are so different which a shame. This is our first time in Can Picafort but we are not going back to this hotel.
