Villa 1. To rent sea line with private pool in Mallorca. This villa in a great location with direct access to the sea is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Gran and 500 meters from Cala D Or center. Sea access from the rocks over a metallic staircase.

Two-storey villa. From the hall you enter an open living / dining area with access to a covered terrace with beautiful sea views. The kitchen can be entered both from the dining area, as well as from the entrance, adjacent there is a guest bathroom with shower and the utility room. Furthermore, there are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, each with en suite shower room. On the first floor are the two other bedrooms. One with double bed (2 single mattresses) and full bath en suite. The 4. Bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with stunning sea views. This first floor is also accessible via an external staircase,

* From the hallway on the ground floor 4 steps lead to the living / dining area, the kitchen and the 2 lower bedrooms.

Through the living area you enter the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and open sea views. Below the terrace is the 8 x 4 large pool, also follow the stone steps to the rocks, a metal ladder gives direct access to the sea.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with the following timetable: 13-15h and 20-8h.

Herrliche Lage
Zugesagte Zwischenreinigung bei 8 Tagen Aufenthalt fand nicht statt, auch kein Handtuchwechsel. Kaffeemaschine und Espressomaschine waren total verdreckt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Alles in Allem ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt. Der Aufenthalt dort war trotzdem gut annehmbar!
