Zeer verouderd en manager norse man. Manager / baas wilde geen compensatie geven terwijl dit hotel en omgeving totaal niet is wat het beloofd op de site Meerdere foto’s genomen om dit te kunnen aantonen

Drole d’ambiance....
Réservation payée sur le site, à l’arrivée, le propriétaire nous a demandé de le régler sur place ! Après une heure au téléphone entre le propriétaire, hôtel.com, la réceptionniste, tout est ‘ok’. Avions réservé une chambre avec lit double et vue sur mer, on nous donne une chambre avec deux lits simples, pas de vue mer. Nous redescendons à la réception. On nous explique que l’argent n’est pas sur le compte du propriétaire, que le prix payé n’est pas au niveau du prix habituels.... mais on accepte de nous changer de chambre ! Au final, vue mer, mais lits simples ! On redescend à la réception. Réponse : déjà qu’on paye pas cher... y’a plus de lit double.... le soir, on nous dit que finalement, on doit payer ! (Alors que déjà débité via hôtels.com... on rappelle le site qui n’arrive pas à joindre de nouveau le propriétaire... on nous demande de les rappeler le lendemain au moment du Check out! J’exprime mon agacement / mécontentement, (nous avons passé le séjour à être harcelés pour payer), et indique que je vais le faire (soit double paiement) car j’en ai marre des regards noirs....c’est dommage, car le lieu est magnifique,,mais les propriétaires qui ne parlent ni français ni anglais sont antipathiques, nous nous sentions très mal à l’aise. Au moment du petit déjeuner, la propriétaire est là, regarde par dessus notre épaule avec un regard noir, ni bonjour, ni sourire..nous nous sentons gênés de nous servir...bref, drôle d’ambiance...par contre, la réceptionniste est ADORABLE !!
