Overall, stay was good. Biggest problem was elevator didn’t work at times and key cards constantly failed. Worst part was front desk persons were frequently not there and at one point we had to wait an hour for someone to show up to fix key card because we were locked out of elevator and stairwell. At 11pm it’s pretty tough having to sit waiting when your tired!
