"We could not have dreamt of a more perfect month in Sarasota! It all centers on this wonderfully situated home, gorgeous tropical backyard, and massively well-equipped and comfortable living space. The house is walking distance to everything - restaurants, grocery stores, gym, shopping. It's a short drive (or bike) to the most beautiful (and huge) beach (Siesta Key), and not too far from downtown for culture and fun. The backyard has an immaculate, deep and perfectly temped pool, lots of sitting/relaxing choices, a hot tub, a fire pit, a grill, and is completely fenced with a boarder of palm trees for privacy (and exploring for our pets). The main bedroom has the most comfortable bed, and the living space is spacious and easy. Also, the kitchen has everything you need for gourmet meals galore. We absolutely loved our stay (it helped the weather was perfect), and we're already planning our return. Thank you to Christine for being the best, most responsive and accommodating host!"

"The property is in a great location on the quieter edge of downtown Sarasota, but within a 3 block walk of all the activities on Main Street. The facilities were new and nice. The ONLY complaint I have is that you need separate light switches for the shower/toilet room vs. the sink and vanity area. If there were two separate light switches, someone could use the restroom or shower without automatically turning on the light near the sink and vanity which shines in the main portion of the room waking up other sleeping individuals. "

"The place was DIRTY, the host was rude and confrontational. Not only did she never communicate in the app, she texted that she couldn't help having the centipedes since this was Florida. Overall I would not recommend this place at all. (We were forced to get VRBO customer service involved to get an answer, but not even they could get the problems resolved.)"
