2 of the 3 elevators were out of service most of the time of our stay. There were not conveniently located stairways, so the elevator issue was very frustrating. Long lines and waits just to get to our room

We were there for SCAD day and the hotel couldn’t be any closer! It was great, very walkable to restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were great and they had a great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

I stay at this property often when visiting my college daughter. They are very accommodating to guest and location is great for our needs. . My only negative is the high cost of parking and some rooms need a deep cleaning.

Nice hotel but bad management!
Security guard said to my husband "you ain't a guest here are you?" He said that without even asking for a room key. This happened the last time we stayed there 8 months prior. Brought the problem to the hotel general manager and he assured this would never happen again. Well, it happened again last week. Front desk clerk witnessed it and apologized. But not good enough because this is just not how to treat guests. Very bad management!!

The hotel was decent! Front desk agent Amanda was awesome! Breakfast attendants and bartenders were good as well! When we arrived tv was broken (they replaced it), and the room had ants everywhere, and also a strange noise from the bathroom that randomly came on throughout the night! All of those are minor. What I absolutely hate is that the hotel allows dogs and the dog owners just let their dogs POOP outside in the front of the hotel! You literally have to step over POOP to get into the hotel! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RULES AND GET RID OF THE ANTS (food wasn’t around). Breakfast is 7/10

We were not told there was a $38 daily charge for parking at check in. Suites are also supposed to have adequate kitchens with counter top stoves and utensils. These do not. Nice breakfast and hotel lobby. Room was 5/10.

Was charged the wrong amount at checkout. Fire alarm went off first day of stay. Room’s AC vent leaked onto bed. Tub drain plug didn’t work. Room service didn’t change beds. $38/night for parking is too much. Breakfast was the same every day and not particularly good.
