The rooms were cleaned which made me happy. The staff was nice and worked with me through minor issues. They decorated my room for my daughter birthday which was sooooo nice and I truly appreciate it!! I just wish they had better food options but the buffet was very good everyday!!!

Riu reggae was fun & full of vibes. The entertainment team is great. SILVER BIRDS WERE SPECTACULAR. Food was good overall, but every dessert was disgusting. Also there was a roach in our room :( Stains on our bedsheets & towels which was disappointing-We had to request new ones. So overall I would say 3.5/5

The food at Riu Reggae was bland, repetitive, and lacked flavor, forcing me to eat outside the resort. The drinks were overly sweet, and bartenders lacked enthusiasm. To top it off, there were no dinner reservations, making the experience even more frustrating.

I loved that the property was right at the beach, and had taxis available. The properties had low quality food. The dessert tasted like mildew, the snacks are very limited, tv barely worked and glass in bathroom was broken. The staff doesn’t work together.

I didn’t like how my room reeked of mildew despite it being cleaned. It made my clothes smell horrible. I also was disappointed with how early the pool closed. It should be open till 10 for an adults only resort. I will not book here again
