We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The breakfast was ok. They had biscuits and gravy but the biscuits weren’t kept hot and the gravy was in a pan that was sitting in warm water so it was not very hot. Some of the mini muffins were stale as well. Everything in our room felt damp the 3 days that we stayed. When I got in the bed the sheets felt damp but not wet. The shower door closed but there was a gap and when I got out there was water all over the floor. Other than that, everything was fine and I did not mention anything to the front desk because it did not seem like a big issue to me.

The property is fairly new and is in great condition. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I was disappointed that breakfast ends at 9AM on a Sunday. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Upon check-in, the lady at the desk seemed extremely inconvenienced by our arrival that was pre booked. Zero welcome, no smile. I asked for recommendations for pizza in the area and she seemed annoyed by my question and made it sound like there was no good food in the area. The room was definitely minimally cleaned. There were smudges on everything! The inside of the bathroom door had chunks of something spread on it that looked like boogers. The floor in the room was very sticky. The beds were clean and comfy with plenty of pillows and the shower was fantastic, although the shower door didn't completely shut and water got all over the floor. To cap off our one night stay, upon checkout, there was a large cockroach roaming over the orange furniture. Outside the breakfast area, two different coloured socks strewn about and garbage in the grass. The dining area was clearly not cleaned from the day before because there were dried coffee drippings on the floor and we were the first to have breakfast this morning. The guy at the front desk was almost as unpleasant as the woman the night before. Very bad service and we will never be staying at a glo best western again.
