I’ve stayed In some Pretty shady places and this one takes the cake. After waiting over 30 minutes to check in my daughter and myself went into our room and immediately turned around and walked out. There were bugs on the floor, room was nasty and the door wouldn’t shut all the way and had a 2 inch gap in it. There were questionable people running around outside and it was not a safe environment for me and my 12 year old. I left my key on the dresser and went and booked a hotel elsewhere!! Run away and don’t do go here

I requested a handicapped asessecy room with my hearing loss no captions tv was able for me to see no microwave available for me to eat my special food refrigerator barely kept anything cold the toliet backed up and me and my grandson had to usei it and smell the fences and urine all night I was tolalty disgusted by I want my money back for this horrible service I called the front desk three times and they hung up on me what kind of hotel are you running there

We had a emergency situation that had us desperate to find rooms close to a hospital. This was cheap but I wasn’t even worth the money. It was bad. And I was barely there. We had to buy bleach and clean the room.

the staff on duty was helpful upon discovery of the soiled mattress The rooms very very dirty with strong odor. I was very tired after a 15 hour trip. I did not feel like finding another hotel. Please in the future do not place people in an unsanitary room. I am requesting a full refund.

Me and my wife got attack by a man that said our room was his and I tried to show our paperwork to let him see that it's our room and he swung on me and my wife he pick up stuff and broke it and took my E- bike and thur it at me then broke all the Glass candles up and my wife stuff and I went to police they tell me to go back in my room and they never came and I call and no one came and I got hit by spider 2times at the. Hotel and all the molds got me sick. And they got a lot to do and I need all my money back .....SHERRY MIMS(912)226-9302
