Beware there is a $33 parking fee. I missed that and was disappointed when checking in especially since all the other hotels I looked at were free parking. It soured everything about the stay. I do feel safe and the room is big and the staff tried to accommodate me but these days big corps don't give employees much say. Over all it took the fun out of staying here... thus I won't return. Worth trying another hotel with free parking. If I had saw there was this fee I won't have chosen to stay here. My mistake. Hope comments help you enjoy their cookies and all they have to offer. For what it’s worth our car wasn’t broken into…

This was my first time here. We’re familiar with the brand so we choose this hotel because of the great location next to the airport. We got greeted and checked in right away and we got a welcoming cookie. It has a big pool, two fitness centers, great illuminated halls with huge windows that connect you with nature, a big restaurant for breakfast and a restaurant bar for the rest of the day. It also has ball rooms and plenty of parking. The down side is that the rooms are a little bit outdated but you get enough for the money you’re paying. They have a gift shop but it’s sooo over priced with $7 water bottles that it’s better to buy them prior or on the vending machines on each building. This hotel has so much potential; it looks like it used to be a resort of some sort, and I if not, it can easily be one with renovations specially because of the lake behind the property. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport makes this hotel a good option. Keep the good work!

The hotel is unique because it is surrounded by large evergreen trees giving it a forest ambiance.

Shower had hair in it indicating that it hadn’t been cleaned. The entire building is old and not kept up. There was mold in the bathroom. The air vent above the bed left dark color on ceiling.

Very dated property, room smelled terrible there was dust everywhere. Dishes in the hallway never picked up by staff. Never got a cookie as Hilton properties advertise and known for. The only positive is free shuttle to airport.

I was frustrated with the lack of communication for the hotel. No documentation in the rooms for what was available. Such as what restaurants, location of restaurants, shuttle pick up etc. The hotel was very outdated, carpet fraying in places, walls scratched and needed paint, etc. Very disappointed since it is a Hilton which once was considered the high end of travel stay. Pluses shower and bedding were clean. Housekeeping staff pleasant.

The parking cost $34 extra and yet there was very limited space. We had to park a long way from our room. The front desk folks were not helpful. The waitress in the restaurant never checked on after the food was delivered. No water refills, nothing. The manager was very helpful, but it shouldn’t require a manager to get normal service.

ok hotel. No hot cookie upon check in. Upgrade cost us instead of complementary. Maze of hotel if not in main tower. Only 2 of 4 elevators to tower worked. sometime only 1. Shuttle to airport runs every 20 min.
