"My husband and I had some business in the area and this condo was the perfect way to start the day with beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed the walks on the beach and the large amounts of shells on the beach.The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and I especially loved all of the plants sprinkled around that made it feel so homey. The host was continuously in contact so if there were any issues or questions they were quick to help.The seawall and stairs were new to the beach so the construction is finished on that and it is indeed steps to the beach.I would return."

"Mark made the check in process simple. The condo was perfect with ocean front views from balcony and bedroom. Easy access to the beach made for a perfect vacation getaway for me and the wife. Will definitely make this condo a part of our vacation schedule. The condo is located in a great smalll barrier island town that was low keyed all week long. Close to good restaurants and no crowded beaches"

"The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for our refund."
