"Very quiet area"

"The air conditioning did not work, the place was very dirty and the condo itself was under construction in the areas we would have stayed…bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The owner and property managers were communicative. We wish the owner and property manager would have been aware of the poor condition of the unit and would have cancelled our reservation beforehand. Due to the lateness of not finding out the place was uninhabitable, we had to drive back home our dog. We are waiting for our refund."

"Summer vacation for universal and stay at this property to rest from walking around at the studios. Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great location and comfort. Construction wasn't bad you could hear noise during the week days and after 9 or 10 not bad since we were awake then. "

"Unit was stunning...everything we could have hoped for. Only downside was the incomplete seawall construction that did not permit direct access to the beach, but was small price to pay for what the unit had to offer. Would stay again without hesitation if travel to Satellite Beach area in future."

"Nice place. Well stocked with vacation supplies. Quick answers to questions from Rob. Lack of beach access at condo was a little inconvenient, but not deal killer. Took a while to find laundry room, which turned out to be beside elevators."

"We had a wonderful stay here with our teens. House was a spacious, clean, and charming. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We went to 5 different beaches in the area with easy access and all were nice. Definitely a relaxing week and would stay here again!"
