Free snacks like ice cream chocolate and the restaurant food is delicious. But if your doing room service you will have to go to order then go to the restaurant and pick your food up yourself and take it back to your room. The walk is not a short one the hotel is pretty big

Beautiful and convenient location

The hotel was cold the first night. I asked to switch rooms to a higher floor and that made a difference. I liked the restaurant and the staff was friendly. I felt that paying for parking was a downside. I felt it should have been part of staying there.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, odorless (to me), and filled with beautiful Pacific NW style gardens, which attracted me to the hotel in the first place. The staff were professional, respectful, and attentive to our wants/needs. The only negative about this hotel was the rooms were looking out right on to the pedestrian paths, with no privacy without pulling the blackout curtains shut.
