The room looks a bit dated. The view was obstructed by many buildings to call it a bay view with extra fee but all in all, I enjoyed my stay. Very convenient to walk over to pike market place with many stores to shop nearby. Also having a Starbucks on the first floor is a huge plus.

We stayed for our 20th Anniversary and the staff welcomed us with an anniversary treat including a handwritten card. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the room was luxurious and clean, and the bathroom perfection! Morning room service was fast. We enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris next door and it was also lovely. Lovely hotel! I generally avoid hotel bathtubs, but the one in our room was amazing! They even included a bath bomb and salts. It was also very quiet.

Gorgeous hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Seattle is a little sketchy these days, but we felt completely safe and comfortable. Staff Was incredibly professional and courteous. We called for room service two minutes before they were concluding for the night, but they didn’t act like it was an inconvenience and sent up delicious food very quickly!
