When reviewing my business card, I discovered they charged an additional $20 without notification. When I called, they claimed this was for missing towels, towels I did not take. The only proof they could supply was that 'housekeeping told them the towels were missing'. I believe this is a scam to get money from business travelers, hoping they just approve their expenses.

This is a pretty mediocre property. Rooms are kind of smelly. Everything’s kind of dirty first room had water all over the floors. They upgraded our room, but still kinda icky lots of homeless traffic people going through bags and flailing about in the lobby most of the night. Staff is super friendly though, and you can’t go wrong with fresh waffles for breakfast.

The floors in our room were sticky, the toilet had cigarette burn marks on it, the shower was terrible, the furniture was completely chipped and not taken care of. The bathroom was also very noisy. The area was also not great, we were right next to a gas station and homeless people were walking around by the hotel cars. There were also gang bangers in the hotel wandering around. The breakfast area in the morning was not stocked up and it was very dirty. I would not bring my family back here.

The area has suspicious things going on around it. Room was very dirty, bug on the floor as I entered room, gum or some sticky substance on coffee table. Both bed sheets looked like they had not been wash, they had stains. Bathroom was dirty. Walls behind head board was scuffed and not clean. Went to sleep with lights on due to unsure of what might come out.

I wasn’t made aware of the $100 deposit upon checking in, I had to pay for my night stay at this hotel. It wasn’t really a big deal because it comes back the next day, but I was on a really tight budget for my finances. I wished I could have been made aware of that when I booked the room. Besides all that upon arrival, the hotel was quite amazing and clean. I wish the room had more decor to make it look less plain. I enjoyed the price ranges this hotel offers. It’s much cheaper compared to the other hotels in the area.

Stay away, unless your looking for a 30min date
I have pics but won't let me upload, sorry. When checking in, I was wondering why the front desk made a call asking if the room I reserved had been cleaned, I didn't think nothing of it, I got to the room, it looked nothing like advertised, the toilet was dirty like someone just took a dump and flushed it, there was poop marks in the toilet to start with, the cobwebs and spider webs on the windows didn't make it feel any cleaner, nothing matched in the room, it was supposed to be a Jacuzzi suite, it had a Jacuzzi,but same thing, dirty and moldy,looks like it wasn't cleaned in a year, 2 different remotes to watch TV, that was so frustrating trying to figure out what remote turned the TV up or down, from the time walking into the hotel, it stunk, the lobby stunk, the elevator stunk, the hallways stunk and our room just stunk, sorry I would definitely stay away, I thought I was getting a great last minute deal taking my girlfriend out, we tried to stay out as long as possible so we didn't have to go back haha, we werw thinking about staying in the car, which reminds me, we couldn't do that because of all the street working women that were making, what seemed to be a very good living haha, we probably wouldve gotten pimped out if caught outside too long. If you like it real dirty stay here, you can find a date anytime of the day, it'll cost you $10, if not, don't be fooled by the nice photos online, it's a joke

Room set up was great for our family. Other than that it was fairly dirty, towels weren’t changed once in our 5 night stay, hot tub was freezing, pool was cold, stairs extremely dirty.
