Right before 9 am that breakfast ends, we requested more drinking water at dining room & were told to use vending machine upstairs! Room 216 stinks. At check in, we were not notified about the parking spots that belongs to the hotel & we can park our car, we parked in Ihop parking & were called at 12:30 am to let us know we parked in a wrong parking lot!

Clean, quiet hotel. We stayed for a Labor Day weekend in Seattle. Hotel is a block away from the train station into downtown Seattle. Close to SeaTac Airport but airplane noise wasn't really an issue. Ihop next door is a great option for breakfast or dinner.

Staff friendly and hotel has a free shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast area is way too small but food was good. No frills hotel but was comfortable and clean.

The lady at on the phone for directions & when we arrived was exceptional!! But then the service next morning was POOR! We were expecting Breakfast… only prepackage muffins & coffee, & young clerk was not pleasant & said that was all available as she had no keys to cereal, yogurt, or juice…let alone the waffle equipment. We all were hopeful the Shuttle Service would be coming..and it did! Also, there wasn’t adequate shampoo& lotion for even two people! This time at your hotel didn’t even compare to our stay in Rapid City! Hoping you won’t let us down on our next stay!
