Great affordable stay!

Loved it here, so cute! Check in was a breeze, there were pineapple cookies for us (cookies for dogs too) and we got a free complementary drink. Hotel is dog friendly which was perfect for us. They gave lots of treats for the dogs. The bed, pillows and duvet were comfy. Had a great sleep! Loved how they had robes too and the room was big enough for our one night stay. Hotels parking is $52USD but right next door there is a parking lot and it’s $28USD for 24 hours which we opted for. Would definitely stay here again!

I really liked the rooms & staff. I was not aware of the $42 price tag for parking. Outrageous- YES! Our complimentary drink was saved for the barista which i was only offered a black coffe, tea, water or soda. Ok, tea it is.

Seamless check-in Great location Noticed a leak under our sink first night Maintenace fixed it right away. Very professional. Everything was very smooth throughout our stay. Love that the property is pup-friendly. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Room was already ready for me for early check in which I was very grateful for after a long drive. Great walkable location to major points of interest around Seattle. On-site parking was a huge plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fees and charges were explained to me clearly. The Pineapple themed rooms were fun and whimsical. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was incredibly rude, my ex chased me to Seattle and stole my cards and computer when he left. He had his own room which he smoked in, but they charged me for that and said I smoked in my room which I did NOT. There was a homeless man screaming obscenities 3 nights in a row. Staff was extremely rude - never experienced the Seattle “freeze” until I stayed here. Hotel Theodore is where it’s at!!! Stay there!!!
