This property is definitely the "Walk to Everything" spot. It was centrally locate and is easy access to a plethora of restaurants. The staff at this property is AMAZING!! I think the young lady that checked me in was named Mari. She was super duper helpful. She answered all my questions regarding local eateries. She gave me great suggestions for sightseeing in Seattle. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by all the front desk staff each time I left and returned to the hotel. I will certainly be suggesting this hotel to all my friends who are thinking of visiting Seattle. I will most certainly be returning. This was one of the best birthday trips I've had in a while. Thank you Belltown Inn for a memorable visit.

We stayed here several times for medical treatments. My only complaint was the vicinity. However the hotel did a good job keeping the property safe, and the city cleaned the sidewalks every morning. I would highly recommend Beltown.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was ok clean..the shower curtain was dirty. The beds were very comfortable. The area was very unsafe due to the location of the hotel. So as two elderly woman we could not enjoy the night life without worry.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location to attractions, very walkable. Hotel was somewhat dated but clean. A few homeless people in the area but they don’t bother anyone. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had already booked here when we saw reviews about the high rate of homeless people around the hotel. Yes, there are homeless people in Seattle, however the area around the hotel felt safe to us. None of the homeless in the hotel area ever approached us or bothered us at all. They were quit a distance away. The hotel was clean, staff extremely nice and helpful. If we’re ever back in Seattle, we would definitely stay here again. Many nice features here.
