One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. My grandma ended up having to come on this business trip with me and during the times when I had to go off-site to work, she was able to stay at the hotel where she felt comfortable enjoying the views, warmth, and friendly hotel staff. The room was beautiful and I can't wait to come back

Lobby and waterfront location are very nice, and the restaurant looked good but I did not try it. The room felt way too rustic and musty: there was a fake bear in the room that was allergy-inducing. The cover of the ironing board slips off. One cup had a lipstick mark from the last guest. There were no slippers and the stone bathroom floor felt rough and cold. The shower was too low-flow and not pleasurable. This was a business trip and I would not return.
