Nice big room, even though it was two floors, a bit hard for my husband to negotiate the stairs up and down. The blinds in the living room wouldn’t go up, so it felt like a dungeon. Housekeeping clamped the blinds up but we couldn’t switch rooms because the hotel was full.

Good location nice views close to bell rock and courthouse butte trailhead. Some good restaurants and circle k across the street. Ten min ride to downtown. The pools were great room was huge and clean and comfortable! Great ceiling fans and cold ac! Was so nice having full size fridge and kitchen! Definitely recommend this place and the patios are great too! Nice laundry room the only thing I didn't realize is they don't come make your bed and take your towels daily so it was more of an Airbnb feel with amenities! Would definitely stay again though!

The property is fine, but they charged us a $17.50 resort fee at the last minute when we checked in. When we booked we were told that the price included all taxes and fees. Apparently not. This practice is literally just robbery. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. The location was good. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Just mad about the resort fee.

The property was beautiful. Very quiet. Staff was courteous. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no daily cleaning of the unit but we were charged a daily resort fee. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Nice little oasis close to Sedona
Nice little oasis close to Sedona and other interesting spots. Great value for the price. We were disappointed to not have a balcony with view on Bell Rock but the two levels room was comfy and everything was provided in the mini kitchen. Free washing, two pools and the ability to extend our stay was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again
