I had a wonderful experience at the Element Toronto Airport, largely thanks to Vishal, who is currently in training. He has exceptional customer service skills and handled an issue with my booking promptly and professionally. Although he had to seek approval since he’s still in training, he made sure everything was corrected and good to go without any hassle. For the price, this hotel is a beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, and I appreciate the staff, especially Vishal, for their dedication to great service!

Clean and spacious Kitchen is well maintained and bathroom is meticulous. Water filter installed at the sink is impressive. Water pressure in the shower is not strong enough and that is one of my few complaints. Every 30 minutes shuttle is another one. I would definitely stay again if a room is available. I wanted to stay again on my last day but nothing is available at this time 😂

There was a nice pool, patio and decent gym, but the broom itself did not have working air-conditioning when we arrived and was hard to sleep in because after getting the air-conditioning fixed, it blew all night on it pretty strongly. The noise from the adjacent parking lot was more than I expected.
