They went out of their way to accommodate us at check-in The location is perfect to explore the area, much better than Sedona. There was huge value for the money. We would high recommend staying here

One the Best resorts I stayed in Sedona. It offers everything you needed for your traveling away from home. It’s safe, Security, cleanliness, Poo”, spa, full kitchen, jet bath,. The price is beyond reasonable. I would love to recommend to my families, friends to this facility.

It was great. Everything was clean. A few things missing were coffee filters for the coffee provided in the room, and there was no baking sheet as we were baking chicken strips and fries, but they did provide many other kitchen appliances and cooking items such as toaster, blender, mixer, pans, utensils. I thought about calling the office to see if they had those items but I just used what was available and it worked for me. They did try to sell a time share but they didn’t press me about it I just told them I was there to relax all weekend and not be bothered they understood. Overall was a great relaxing get away for my boyfriend and I, passed through Sedona to get there from Flagstaff, and Jerome on our way to Prescott.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our one-night stay at Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge was absolutely perfect! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the full kitchen and cozy living room, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was a highlight, with a large shower and a luxurious jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the resort is conveniently close to town, making it easy to explore. We can't wait to come back!

When I checked in, the staff was very friendly and recommended local sights and shops. When I got to my room (even though I rented the smaller room) it was huge. The house keeping staff did an amazing job, everything was spotless. I highly recommend staying here.

The unit was big, but even with lots of windows, dark inside. The brown carpet didn't help, and sadly the patio had 1 view, the parking lot. Other than that, it was a nice unit and I would stay at the property again, just a different unit.
