When I made the reservation, it said breakfast qas included but when I showed up at the hotel, their kitchen was under remodeling so no breakfast or any discounts. I chose that hotel because it's close to what my family wanted to do and the hotel offered breakfast. It was a bumper that they didn't offer any alternatives. Some other customers had the same problem and the lady helped them wasn't very patient.

Renovation works affect my overall stay experience
the hotel was under renovation and closed a major part of the complex. It is dusty and affected the overall cleaniness. I bought the package with breakfast, but the cafetering was out due construction, I needed to find alternative very early in the morning to kick-off my original plan for the day
