Very beautiful! However, I did not realize that this was a time share resort. I did not realize that I booked a stay over Spring break. Lots of people here. Although the room was nice and clean, there was no view from our room of anything, kind of a basement room. Nice place for our first time to Sedona, but next time will stay at a less crowded, more scenic and secluded place.

This is unfortunately my first trip anywhere in 5 years and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I got into Sedona at 6:30 pm on January 2nd and was given room 335 in building 40. As I looked around, there were minor things off that I chalked up to the renovations I know they are doing but the work was shoddy. The light above the Queen bed was caulked messily into place and had braces on it. One of the wooden panels by the bed was missing. There was chipped paint. I was exhausted so I showered and went to bed. I woke up at 4am with bed bugs crawling on my pillows and in the sheets. They were at multiple life stages so this was an advanced infestation. I had multiple bites that became itchy and raised. I called the front desk and said my room had bed bugs and she sounded irritated with me. She said she couldn't do anything for me until she finished audit. Up to this point, I’ve never had bedbugs. My duffle was full of sweaters and things that would shrink in the high heat required to kill the bugs. I had events to go to in Sedona all weekend and hated the thought of bringing these bugs home or giving them to someone else. So I frantically started washing my clothes and they have been shrunk. The manager called Saturday to offer clothing cleaning way too late. They just gave me a new room and removed my resort fees and I know they do this just for attending their timeshare presentation and that doesn't remotely cover what I’ve been through. Honestly, this ruined my trip.

We stayed on the studio and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize that it was a timeshare, so upon check in a lady walked us to this area where we were asked if we want to watch their presentation. We agreed but it seemed like they were booked, so we ended up not doing it.

We enjoyed our stay. We’re surprised to have checkout instructions at the last minute, which was an ideal given we were trying to leave. We also had some issues with the bathroom sink clogging. The maintenance person came, but they didn’t really fix the issue and since we were going to leave the next day, we just let it be. It was still a bit gross.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We reserved a suite and had enough room for two. This suite had a queen bed, a sofa/sofa bed area, small kitchen with all full fridge, a sink, two burner stove and a microwave. A small dining room (4 chairs) and the bathroom was big enough for two. There is a small table and two chairs to sit outside your room too. We liked that the room was not hot or cold and we could adjust the temperature in the room. We could walk to trails 10-15 min from the hotel. Restaurants, grocery store and other stores were 10-15 min drive from the hotel depending on traffic. If you would like to explore other trails you can drive as well and some are located 10-15 min away. The only thing at the property is that walls are a little thin, so if you have noisy neighbors you can hear there foot steps and movements if you are assigned a suite on the ground floor.

Checked in and there was a hotel worker very obviously just hanging out in our room when we arrived. He was surprised to see us and tried to play it off as if he had been sent there to do something for us. He left behind his coffee that he had been drinking in the bathroom.

The property is looks nice but our sink drain was broken and we had to flush the toilet twice for it yo work every other time. In addition, when we arrived we were the only one on line and instead of them assisting me, they continued to work on their issue. The other person who was there who finished with another person, left instead of helping as well. That to me us poor customer service.

First off, everyone that works here is very friendly and professional. Both the actuvities director and the lady who ran the event we attended were pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance crew were great, as well. However, the loss of stars comes from the state of the room, which was run-down, with several broken or damaged items. The toilet paper roll kept falling off the wall, the sink and dishwasher were clogged, the pull-out couch bed was misshapen and leaned dangerously to one side, and the shower temperature handle dramatically flew off while showering at one point. The room was clean, however. And the views were amazing. We most likely will choose a different hotel next time but we never felt unsafe or unwelcome. The owners need to do some upkeep to get repeat customers!

The rooms were spacious and full kitchens were included. Staff went out of their way to accomodate our need for adjoining rooms and upgraded our room in order to do it. It was a great value and we plan to return.
