Wonderful vacation resort for extended stay.
Great hotel resort in beautiful Sedona, with outdoor pools, hot tubs, amenities. Our King suite room was spacious, with kitchen, and laundry right on the room, living room and separate bedroom. TV in living room and bedroom. We stayed ten days. Proximity to all the sites of Sedona was excellent.

Comfortable roomy stay
We really enjoyed the in room amenities and the comfort of the bed and overall feel of the room. The extra blanket could have been cleaner, free of previous guests' hair. The sink to some time to drain. These did not negatively impact our enjoyment of our stay. We would come back!

Terrible service.
The room had no hot water. I let the front desk know and they said they would take care of it. We still had no hot water the next day. Me and my wife both took cold showers twice on our anniversary weekend. The front desk would not change our room, but we were offered to shower in the clubhouse. This is completely unacceptable. I spoke to the manager the next morning and she said she would credit my Hilton account 40,000 points for the I convince and it never happened.

Beautiful property and we loved all the amenities and easy access into Sedona for dining and into the Red Rocks for hiking trails. But their concierge pushed very hard on hearing their Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare pitch when we checked in and wouldn't take no for an answer. :(

I thought the staff were great checking us in. I loved the room. Honestly it was higher than our expectations. It is somewhat dated but I also appreciated that the price point was in our comfort zone, too. *** We liked how the kitchen had everything we needed. All that we had to purchase take make ourselves more comfortable was: coffee filters since we needed to buy our own coffee; baggies for snacks; small sandwich containers for packing lunches. *** Since we are from Canada we recycle paper, cardboard, bottles, etc. It seemed like we were to throw all items into the garbage. That seemed odd that there isn't a separate system for cans, bottles, etc. *** The only part of the cleanliness we would have liked better is if the windows were clean. *** We didn't like the blinds in the bedroom because they were roller shades, so you could not control the light and privacy at the same time. We did like that the room was dark but had to be careful when changing if the blinds were all the way up. *** It would have been nice if there was some kind of channel guide, rather than having to flip through channels. *** The fridge door should be switched as it opened in the wrong direction. *** We liked that people were not coming into our room daily to clean, and that someone texted us to see how things were going. Very thoughtful. *** The stairs going up to the suite need attention. *** We found the chairs around the counter very heavy and bulky. Not a major issue of course. ***
