Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 3-12, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children ages 2 and under.
The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
The outdoor pool fee varies seasonally. In high season (June 21-August 20), the fee is KRW 50,000 per adult and KRW 25,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 60,000 per adult and KRW 30,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. In low season (August 21-June 20), the fee is KRW 30,000 per adult and KRW 15,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 40,000 per adult and KRW 20,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays.
It is property policy that infants under 36 months old must wear waterproof diapers in the outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and modern rooms. The views from the lounge were superb. There was a distinct lack of vegetarian food options at all of the restaurants within the hotel which was disappointing.

Cleaning staff was ok but the ladies at the reception was awesome. Every time they went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend or any question we had. This was our first time in South Korea. Definitely recommend this place.

The room was very clean. Bed sheets were white, crisp, n clean. No orders. Bathroom was very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. The showers should have safety handles because the floors can be slippery. We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were very kind and professional. Also spoke English. The Ambassador- Pullman was a good choice!

Lobby bar closes at 11:00pm, last call being at 10:00pm, kitchen closes at 9:00pm we guess? Many deadlines that aren't on sync for traveling guests that are on vacation. We called ahead of time to the front desk to ask about the bingsu because it was highly anticipated. We called around 8:45pm to make sure they still had it and ask for the lobby bar hours. We got to the lobby bar at around 9:10pm and they said they were done serving the bingsu at 9:00pm. We called ahead on purpose because we wanted to try it and they failed to let us know that they were stopping the service. The hotel has many great amenities but they are all at a cost. The usage of the outdoor pool, sauna, toothbrush, vanity kit, etc., is not free.

I had selected and paid for the free breakfast option for everyone, every night, but the front desk staff told me that children were not included and that I had to pay and additional. I explained what they were talking about but I had to explain this twice at the front desk and twice again during breakfast. It's absurd.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast delicious. Kind of weird that any normal changes to the room is only done through a third party booking system. Which they never returned my 3 phone calls while there. Lunch buffet I did not do because I was stopped at the door and told ahead of time is was $80.

Hotel itself was beautiful, cleaning maids do a fantastic job. Breakfast in the kings buffet was great but the Dinner though at the buffet isn’t worth 150k won- around £116 pp, and by 930 they rushing you out the door as close at 10pm. Swimming pool is great throughout the day, as can be very humid. Great location for us, and like everywhere in Seoul - lots of local shops, restaurants etc nearby. The doormen are the stars of the place though/ massive help for us navigating/exploring - gave some great ideas where to go see the REAL Seoul. Would stay there again.

Two parts to this review. On the positive side, reception staff were very helpful & beds were super comfy. For negative, outdoor pool came with hefty price tag and food not available in the pool terrace at lunchtime. Also, very child focused with minions stickers everywhere. Did not feel like a relaxed environment.
