We had such an amazing time here, it was honestly almost perfect the only thing to note is that there were little to no vegetarian options for room service and staff didn’t seem very accommodating. I did see a vegetarian menu online but when I called to ask the staff member said it was for crew only. It was only a minor convenience as we didn’t mind eating out but it would have been nice to have the option to order room service as a veggie! Other than that, our room was great and the amenities were also very very good! As first timers in Seoul, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Would recommend :)

Amazing stay in a classy modern place with access to transport and main shopping areas. Staff was really helpful and room clean, equipped with modern tv, toilets, phone etc and very comfortable beds

Overall heat in Seoul during July/August 2024 is around 35degrees celcius. The entire building not getting enough AC. I have been staying as a long term guest and moved rooms 4 times. I'm in the Novotel suites which has better AC then the lower floor rooms but still doesn't go under 25.5degrees no matter how strong I leave the AC on 24hours. When I'm in the room I stay with Blackout curtains closed and minimum lights on. My child got prickly heat all over her back. I attempted to get discounts or refunds but the general mamagers on duty won't budge. The customer service you get is NOTHING BUT 5 star hotel level. The hotel complex is huge and they don't care. Drunk people at night are all around the CU convenience store within the hotel. I regret booking my lomg term stay prepaid thinking I can count on the brand. I should've chosen Marriott hotels as I usually do. JW Marriotts in Seoul operates definitely at a higher level. Personally never coming back.
