This hotel location is ideal for those who want to stay in 명동 area. It’s a short walk via the underpass with escalators to the shopping street which is just opposite of the hotel. Hotel security is also tight as you would need the hotel card key to enter the hotel premises from 11pm - 5am (if I remember the time correctly). You have to book a bigger room if you are travelling with children. The cleanliness of the room is also maintained well by the housekeeping team. But no toilet amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste & razor etc are provided in this hotel. They only provide bath towels, face towels, shampoo & body wash. The price is also competitive as compared to other similar types of hotels within the vicinity.

Perfect spot for shopping, getting to public transport. Close to attractions like the palaces, cable car ride. Many places to eat. Clean n quiet hotel n staff are helpful when asked for help. Rooms are more spacious than others. Has usb charger points n universal adapter power sockets. Bathroom is huge but the shower in the tub is quite deep n hard to get in n out. It's also narrow n showering is a fight with the shower curtain. Also i think there is no way to adjust the thermostat n some nights it gets very cold or hot. Overall great stay n very convenient.

Great location! Just across the street from the market and next to the train station. Walking distance to so many places. Only downside was when we asked for additional pillows, they asked what room them immediately said no more available as if our floor was not eligible. Besides that the service staff were friendly.

This hotel was in a great location in Myeondong and is near the subway and all the shopping. The room was clean and the staff were very nice and personable as well! The only improvements I would say is the gym needs to be updated and there’s only a male sauna and no woman sauna. There was self service laundry which was a great bonus! Would stay here again!

Hard to beat the location, 1 block from the line 4 subway the airport bus, and the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong shopping and night market. It may not have the newest or fanciest rooms but they are spacious and comfortable. The desk in the room has a US type A outlet so I didn't even need to bring a travel adapter. Two free bottles of water a day is a nice amenity too. Never had to wait long for the elevator either. Checkout is at noon while many other hotels would have you leave by 11. The only negative I can think of is that the towels are not the oversized luxurious kind that high end hotels would have, but that is a very minor thing.

The hotel room was nice and new looking (maybe it was renovated recently?), just like what you see in the pictures. A couple things I did not like: 1) the heat/AC wasn't really working (or maybe I just didn't know how to operate it...), but it did not bother me as it was not hot or cold when I was there (October 2024). 2) the hotel room was pretty small. I booked a 2 twin room, the beds were very close together, and there was no room to open suitcases so it had to be always closed and upright. Other than that, everything else seemed fine. It was close to transit (exit 3 of Myeongdong station), it is across the street from shopping, there some restaurants near by. If you were booking tours, the meetup was close by. We bumped into the housekeeping lady a few times and she was always polite and always with a smile.

There is no doubt that location is great. 2 minutes walking to subway, airport bus is across the street. Seoul tower is 10 minutes walking, no need to worry about the horrible traffic. There are some really good small restaurants nearby, very nice to walk around at night time. Conscience store and ATM are within 5 minutes walking distance too. Staff member knows basic English, not a big problem to communicate. Room is average size, bed is comfortable; washroom is clean.
