The indoor pool, fitness facility, and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month.

In case of overcrowding, guests may have to wait to use the pools. Guests cannot pre-book entry to the pool. Children under the age of 36 months must wear swim diapers in the pool. Rubber rings must be less than 1 meter in diameter and are only allowed in the children's pool. Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.

Guests booking an Executive Level room type are permitted to invite up to 2 non-resident guests to the Executive Lounge during the week (excludes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) for a surcharge. The BEST in Seoul.
From the moment we stepped off the taxi to check in, our experience of The Shilla Seoul was nothing short of impeccable. I've stayed at many top hotels in Seoul and Tokyo. The Shilla Seoul is up to the level of Ritz Tokyo or Okura Tokyo, which I consider the best of the best. Every member of the staff is kind and respectful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Rooms are classy and clean. Some may say this hotel is old. But it aged like a legend. This is the BEST hotel in Korea IMHO.
