Nice room and clean Gym is good for hotel size Cafe has nice selection of food Close to river for a nice walk Carpet is not fitted well in corridors and would be better replaced by a hard surface to drag luggage on. Wallpaper is a bit dated

Clean & convenient
Very clean and tidy! The room was fairly small, which is expected in Seoul, but it had just enough space for our two large suitcases to lay flat near the window. Housekeeping came every day and always refreshed the (free!) water bottles if we had already drank them. Slippers were also refreshed after we'd worn them. Staff was also friendly—a housekeeper helped us on the first day to show us that we needed to put a key card into the power thing in order to close the door. Although the nearby subway stop isn't on a main line, it's literally less than a minute's walk away from the hotel, which still makes it quick & easy to get around the city. The only downsides: the bathroom door (a sliding door) slammed whenever it was closed. I'm not sure if it's a design thing or was just our room, but I smashed my thumb in it the first day while trying to get it to not slam. So, just watch your fingers! Also, the fridge was very tiny. Only enough space for a few water bottles/drinks or a small snack like triangle kimbap. I had some leftover birthday cake that I ended up having to throw away because it couldn't fit in the fridge and ended up going bad. All in all, a clean & cozy hotel in a decent location. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Seoul!

Clean convenient hotel with rude staff
Tiny clean hotel conveniently close from Sunyu metro station. They charge $10 per hour for early check in. At check out, hotel staff wanted to charge me for a second key card they never gave me.

Flawless new hotel with surprisingly large rooms, helpful staff (who speak English), and beautiful interior design. Each room has a brand new AC / heat unit in ceiling. Excellent bakery/dessert shop inside the hotel. Great restaurants nearby with a good mix of authentic Korean food and a few that are open 24/7. Hotel laundry service is pricey, so plan ahead- I couldn't find any coin laundry nearby, just wash & fold services (& most don't accept undergarments like socks).

Check in was fast. Room was as expected. But there’s no air con. When call and asked their reason was Due to cold season the air con change to heating mode to heating mode. Requested for a fan but still the room warm. They suggested that we open d window. We’ve been opened the window throughout our stay (9days) but still d room temp is 27deg while outside is 10deg. I’ve been to Seoul so many times and never encountered that the hotel aircon is off which cannot be on manually. Maybe due to the room is hot, my skin tend to have rashes outbreak. Throughout my stay there, it’s just unpleasant and just ruined the mood.

Nice looking hotel BUT....
No air conditioning due to "winter season"!! The room isn't big hence its very stuffy and hot. It was 29 degrees in the room, and 15 outside. Central heating embedded on the floor, so it's no way out.. Hotel stuff was bringing fans to rooms and asked us to open the windows to cool down the room. But it was very noisy as my room was facing the main road, so they offered me the rooms on the other side, which was much better. On the other hand, room was fairly well cleaned and new, located in a local area with local restaurants around. Have a nice cafe in the lobby too.
