Great Time
It was a beautiful cabin tucked away in the woods. The inside and outside was very clean. It was pet friendly and our dog loved the open floor plan lol. We wanted to get away from people so the property being so secluded was perfect. My kids loved the gameroom mainly the pool table. Over all i would recommend this cabin if u are looking 2 get away from it all. I will definitely be looking into this property next year when we visit.

Great Spot in Mountain Valley
We enjoyed our stay at the Bears Den!! The cabin was beautiful! There were plenty of linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable! The wraparound porch and porch swing was so nice, in addition to the hot tub and pool access. The kids really enjoyed the game tables in the loft area too! The cabin was the perfect distance between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and was an easy short drive to all the tourist areas in both towns, and the National Park. We would definitely recommend this cabin to other friends and family!

Amazing
The cabin was so clean and well kept. We didn’t use much of the untensils or plates, we brought paper plates and plastic silverware. The game room was a hit for my two teens. The cabin seems like you are far away from everything, but your actually not. It was perfect distance to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There was so much to do. We shopped, went on conquered Mount Chimney, our legs were killing us. The next day we went to Dollywood and had such a blast, it was our first time for all of us. Checkout Flavortown too!! The nachos at Guy Fieri’s restaurant was amazing!!! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful cabin with us, Jerry!! Sincerely, Mrs. Cook 5/25-5/31/2024

Christmas at Bears Den
We enjoyed our stay at Bears Den, It was beautifully decorated for the holiday, very clean, even made cute towel designs in the bedroom/bathrooms like you would find in an upscale hotel. The cabin was just perfect for our family, the kitchen had everything we needed to make Christmas Dinner just like home, the hot tub and games kept our family entertained. I loved the location, it was out of the way just enough to not be in the hustle and bustle of town but close to everything we wanted to do. Nice coffee shop and General Store just up the road. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Nice stay
Pros: great location - we went to Dollywood, climbed LeConte, and went to a UT game. The house (and hot tub) was clean with plenty of pots/pans/etc Great management - responsive and clear checkin checkout process Cons: There is no sound barrier between upstairs and down. So we could hear our kids talking I t their room and they could hear us. This also meant the game tables (pool, air hockey, and foosball) are VERY loud. You cannot do anything else in the house when people are playing. There is an underlying odor in the house. The house is clean, but the general smell isn’t pleasant. We tried to air it out with no luck.

Cabin Close in the National Park
I loved everything thing about this cabin; the location, decor, amenities, size. It was a perfect location right at the base of the National Park and close enough to good restaurants, coffee shops and a country store, but still out of the hustle and bustle. The driveway was easy to maneuver. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, games, a hot tub, beautiful sitting porch and much more. By far our favorite cabin we have rented in the area so far. Our pup loved it too! PS - The owners and management company were super accommodating and the communication was excellent.

Loved it, would stay again
We loved our stay in Bears Den. The cabin was very clean. We went with 4 teens. They loved the game room and hot tub. There were a handful of small games and DVDs. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. It was stocked better than any place we’ve ever stayed. I cook a lot which means a lot to me .The back porch was nice and relaxing. We had a small fire one night in the fire pit. There’s a picnic table on the porch which is great for outdoor dinners. Everything in the cabin was comfortable from there beds to the couches . We had plenty of towels and wash cloths that we didn’t have to scramble to wash them constantly like most condos. It’s a secluded feeling but just about 20 min to any major attraction or eats. 3 min from part of the Smoky park entrance. You have a Dollar General a couple min away, as well as coffee shop, gas stations, and small restaurants. The free pond and pool down the road is only a couple minutes away. The pond wasn’t any good and over grown by algae, and the pool was always closed so we didn’t get to enjoy it. I understand it was just an additional amenity so I don’t blame the cabin owners for it. Overall I would give this cabin a 12/10!! Loved it. Only thing I may suggest would be to add blow dryers to the bathrooms .I forgot to pack mine. Everyplace in town was out when we went to try to buy one too.

Nice place off the beaten path
We enjoyed our stay here. It was outside of town from busy Pigeon Forge but close enough to enjoy attractions. Sitting on the porch swing or in the rocking chairs was our favorite part. It was very quiet. A few minor things could be better but nothing that hindered us from enjoying our stay. The washing machine needed cleaning as the inside had mold. There were several drawers missing pull knobs, dressers missing the bottoms out of drawers and the closets. Also, we were told there would be enough household essentials to get us started for a day or two, but we immediately had to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. We got there late and had enough toilet paper for one of us to go one time (there were five of us). The kitchen has tons of cooking items and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub each evening. Ruby is an absolute gem at the office. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. We didn't make it to the pool (just a short drive away) because it was very crowded but we did try to go fishing at the little pond next to it. It was a bit of a bust as it was full of algae so don't expect much there. Overall, our stay was pleasant, large enough for all of us without feeling on top of each other, quaint and relaxing. We appreciate the opportunity to stay there.

Bear's den that isn't bare!
This cabin met all of our family needs. Having teenagers and dogs, there was something for everyone. From late night dips in the hot tub, to roasting marshmallows in the campfire, and after breakfast pool table competitions. Not to mention the huge yard for the dogs to play. We packed lightly because the cabin was advertised to have everything needed and it was beyond true. It was 25-35 mins to Gatlinburg or Pigeon forge, but the beautiful roads made it worthwhile. We would definitely come back again to this cabin!

Nice
We really enjoyed the cabin! There is another cabin in the front yard, facing the Bear's Den. Thankfully, nobody was there. The hot tub is on the front porch.. The yard was nice and big. We brought our dog and he was able to go outside and play with the kids in the snow. We never used the fire pit, but it was nice and there was plenty of firewood for us to use. The only thing I can complain about is the rug in the living room really needed vacuuming. Besides that, the place was spotless. I would definitely recommend!

Smoky Mountains in Fall
This is a great location. Perfectly convenient to Gatlinberg, Pigeon Forge, and the park. The kitchen was complete with usable utensils and appliances. Tables inside and out provided a kid table and adult table for pleasantly quiet meals. The front porch with the hot tub was private and intimate. The back porch provided rockers overlooking the fire pit. The beds were comfortable. A perfect stay.

Relaxing getaway near park!
Beautiful cabin. Neighborhood is fairly spread out and this cabin is up on a hill, more secluded. Very nice location in the valley. There were coyotes right outside the cabin on our last night. So, definitely “in the wild” in this area. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. We enjoyed the pool table and playing cards at the large kitchen table. Only thing I wish we had known was that no “pantry items” are provided. (foil, plastic wrap, spices, cooking oil, etc.) First place we have stayed that did not have any of these. Fortunately I typically pack half of our kitchen, but would maybe have grabbed a few extra items if I’d know ahead of time. Other than that, it was great. Loved the back porch swing!!

Beautiful cabin
We loved this property. It was very convenient to the touristy spots in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg while allowing you a peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle. We loved that it was right down from a entrance to the Smokey mountain national park and a great spot for kids to explore. The house was a perfect set up for families with a bunk style room upstairs and a master downstairs. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed exploring the local Wears Valley restaurants and the general store. We hope to get back soon!
