It was quiet and very cozy to stay there. Transportation was not bad. I took a bus and subway to get to places. When I was tired I took Uber. Near the hotel there were so many restaurants I didn’t know they were there. I went for a walk and found many restaurants and they all looked like hidden gems. I loved staying there.

This was a terrible stay from check in to check out. This is not a 4 star hotel and you have to stop marketing it as a 4 star. It is old and cleanliness is questionable. The check in process was terrible as well as the room was not ready on arrival and he didn’t have our keys. And refused to give us new ones as he said he already gave them tonus even though he did not. Terrible.

Simply amazing!
The service and feel of this hotel are nothing short of exceptional. Bordering on a very large garden, the proximity to Waseda University also means that there are a lot of cost conscious food options nearby, when traveling with children. Every little thing at this hotel is thought of and executed before you even realize that you wanted it. The luggage is transported to your room on check in and from it on check out as a matter of practice. There is complimentary transportation every 30 minutes to the train and subway station. The breakfast service is amazing (and surprisingly inexpensive as a hotel guest room adf-on).
