"This was great value for a hotel room right beside Nagano Station. I was surprised when entering the lobby by how nice the hotel was, since what I paid would have been for a budget hotel. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions."

"It is self check in and there is a storage place for our luggage as we arrived around 1pm. This hotel is very close to the train station. There are lots of food options at the train station. Our room is kind of small for 2 adults with 2 luggage but we will manage. The room is clean. The staff are very helpful. "

From elevator exit to Midori Shopping Mall took less than 15 seconds from 2nd floor. Don Quixote less than 2 minutes outside hotel. Can’t beat this location and price"
