A truly wonderful hotel with a fantastic staff and location. Beautiful bathroom, beyond comfortable bed and so so quiet. Best I'd slept in a long while. 5 minute walk across the street to Liverpool Station which offers the new Elizabeth Line as well as others. Will for sure stay here again. Everything was perfect!

Fabulous stay at Pan Pacific
Had a great stay at Pan Pacific - all the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly from check-in right through to checking out. I was very happy with my room - modern amenities and the little things such as dental kit and extra tea/coffee. The bed was very comfortable. I was very happy with my breakfast and the coffee. The porters st the door were very helpful in directions. All in all, the staff couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The food in the restaurant was terrible, really the worst of our 1 month UK trip. Never ever eat in that horrendous restaurant. Rooms are good or my rating would have been 1. I was so so sick after eating there.

Amazing hotel! Easy transportation from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line and located a couple minutes away from Liverpool Station. The room was spacious and clean. The area is a stone’s throw from the Tower of London. Happy we chose this place!

Wonderful stay
We had a fantastic stay. Our 5 year old son is going through cancer treatment, and this was a little treat to cheer him up as we can’t travel at the moment. The team were amazing and when we told them how much he loved the gherkin they upgraded us to a suite with the most fabulous view of the gherkin I’ve ever seen. Our son was over the moon, and I can’t thank everyone enough. He’s already asking to come back to the exact same room, so I imagine we’ll be back!

Hotel is absolutely beautiful BUT was let down for a couple of reasons. As a VIP Member I asked if there was a free room upgrade available. Was told that they were fully booked. As I am waiting for the gentleman to check on the upgrade I tried booking online and sure enough there were rooms available!!! Number 1 lie. Secondly we asked for a late checkout as also part of being a VIP. Our flight was at 9pm and we were told the latest we could only have the room until 2pm otherwise we had to pay half the price of a room. Change rooms were offered for us to use after 2pm. The change rooms are definitely not for guests with luggage as there is no room to put anything. Lastly the hotel booked a fixed rate taxi to the airport for us. We asked several times just to clarify that it was fixed. When we got to the airport it was more expensive than the price the hotel told us. As lovely as the hotel is I would not stay again nor recommend. Maybe Expedia needs to answer to these shortfalls and not the hotel??

We had a 3 night stay here in one of the wonderful city view rooms. The hotel is certainly one of the best I have visited in London for both the general appearance and service level. The gym is easily one of the best appointed and pleasant hotel gyms I have again used. Staff were all brilliant. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Mother Nature breathed zen into this lovely hotel! Nothing can beat the energy real plants provide! Not to mention the benefits to air quality, providing a restful night of sleep. The bed provided a quality of sleep we have not found in other hotels! The pool was dreamy! And the views from our 10th floor suite made us dizzy with happiness. Namaste!
