"A great experience. We stayed in this hotel for the second time each time at least 3-4 nights. Each time we had a different room type and both were fantastic. We slept great as the beds are very spacious, comfortable, clean and fresh. The rooms are sound-proof, so you can’t hear any noise from any other rooms. The staff were so friendly. Dhaval and Rahul were helpful with all our issues. Very attentive, smiling, welcoming staff. I just wish they had a greater selection of vegetables for breakfast and perhaps some fried eggs (they only have the scrambled eggs option and I think they’re made from egg powder rather than fresh eggs). I also wish they kept the drinks machine all day so guests could re-fill their bottle with water or juice but if you ask, they refill the bottle with water. We also enjoyed teas and coffees that are in the room. The safe is also very handy and easy to use. "

"Great location near lots of shops and restaurants, close to a tube station. We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s been great both times. Really reasonable price and comfortable stay, with friendly staff. We will be staying again! "
