"Great place to stay in central London, very close to Victoria station. The breakfasts were excellent and good value for money. The rooms were clean and very high tech with everything controlled from an iPad. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Rishi, a tall Australian young man who was always helpful and had a big smile on his face! Thank you Rishi - you helped make our stay a wonderful experience. "

"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."

"Great hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The Tower of Linder the Tube and Tower Bridge were all a 5 minute walk . The view from the restaurant and bar at the hotel was breathtaking. Had dessert and drinks at the bar Baked Alaska was delicious. Lunch at the restaurant also very good. One drawback was I felt alittle pressured when checking in as the clerk was trying to get us to upgrade and or buy the breakfast plan. Otherwise everyone was very helpful with any of our needs. "
