Stayed for 10 days. You get what you paid for. Looks scenic on the photos than it actually is. communication was difficult. Owner/person at the reception encourages tuktuk drivers to overprice you instead of letting you know that actual prices. Overall it was an ok place.

hospitality and great location
Went there with my parents, dad had difficulty with walking due to a leg injury but the staff was extremely courteous. Helped us with rooms on the lower floor and arranged for cab/tuk tuk very promptly whenever we needed them. Location is a big plus and this a a real value for money place so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Siem Reap

Do not go till construction finished
This place has construction going on that starts at 6.30am... I did read before I booked but everything is covered in concrete dust and was hard to sit outside your room or even use the pool there was that many piles of rubbish, bricks, tools and cords everywhere... in a great spot but to be taking peoples money with no discount to stay in a dump like that is not on.

An Adequate stay with good location
Stayed 4 days, no elevator was on the third floor, some stairs uneven - for a senior not so good. Room was good, clean, careful of the tile in the bathroom when wet. Shower is part of the bathroom. Good pressure and good temperature adjustment. Beds good, ask for a second pillow. Pool was most refreshing but, the steps getting into are slippery tile and uneven so be VERY CAREFUL. Food in the restaurant is not so good. For coffee go next door to the Laundromat/bistro (Lost Socks) fantastic coffee. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, limited in the English language but basically acceptable. Rates are more than reasonable. Location is with in walking distance of the Night Market, Pub Street etc. Be carefully of the traffic, cars, scooters etc and the uneven pavement or lack there of. Night lighting is mostly from vehicles. I would recommend this hotel but remember, you get what you pay for. .

Nice hotel great location
Nice size of room although all are right beside the pool or bar. Also a school right next door which is noisy (morning bells and children screaming) staff are very friendly. Bathroom smelt fusty, had to get someone to clean the hair out of the drain. Sink and floor both backed up and flood. Nice restaurant at hotel. Nice place, only negative is the bathroom and noise.

Lovely family, eager to please, but bed's a killer
The family who run this small hotel are especially nice & eager to please. Their restaurant offers a pretty wide variety of Western & Asian/Khmer dishes - their mango smoothie is the best! So is shrimp shiu mai. Room was small & dark, but biggest upset was the bed. Instead of the lovely traditional Khmer bed with very firm mattress (wonderful for the back!), it's a lousy foam thing you sink into, misaligning back & leaving you miserable. I'd stay there again because the family is lovely & helpful, the location close to Pub Street (but away from all that raucous noise) is great. But the bed was a killer.

Excellent location and pleasant stay
Location - The hotel is strategically located just around the corner of pub street and night markets, just a close 3-5 walk and away from all the noise and traffic. Hotel - A small cozy family owned hotel, managed by Lucky Loy, who speaks good English, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel staffs were also friendly and accommodating. Food is good with affordable pricing. There's also a cute little bunny who hops around freely around the hotel so do look out for our little friend! Room - We stayed in the deluxe twin room for 3 nights. The room is simple with necessary amenities provided. The bed is big (super single) and comfortable. TV has a lot of channels in various language. It would be advisable to wear room slippers during your stay due to tiny insects and sand/dust from outside the room. Unavoidable in Cambodia when you open the room door! Having said that, the hotel staffs do sweep the floor daily.

Nice Friendly Staff.
Well the photos looked like it would be more scenic, peaceful But it's on a Busy street downtown.. Staff are wonderful, sweet family runs the coffee shop, $2 for omelette, bread, coffee, WOW...also you'll need voltage convertor-Surge adapter cause they use 230 volts here w/ 2 skinny prongs..good wifi, tiny tv, basic cable, pool looks decent.... All in all for $17 / night...can't complain... Sweeeeet Cambodian service..

Great Value
Went to my first trip to Cambodia and found an incredible rate for this hotel. The room was pretty bare bones but the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The location is fantastic as it's very close to Pub Street and the food and staff couldn't have been better. The place could use a coat of paint or two but if you're looking for a clean, safe and inexpensive place to stay I recommend this hotel.

Mr Lucky and his staff @ Unique were fantastic. The service and cleanliness were perfect. Centrally located and has a great cook and menu. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This place will be my base for further exploration of the Temples. Mr Chinn-my tuk-tuk driver was kind and well informed. Truly a great find and experience.

Good location
The hotel is very closely located to the night markets and Pub Street. Probably 5-10 minutes on foot. Taking a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat only took us about 20 - 30 minutes and about 1 hour to Banteay Srei. It is a family run hotel and the staff were all very friendly. They are attentive to your requests and will assist with making arrangements such as booking of tuk tuk or car. Kinda feel like you're at home. Overall, a pleasant and good stay - would recommend all to stay here!

Fabulous family hotel! Close to everything with all the essentials & a lovely pool to swim or sit by with a cold beer after a hectic exploring day! We really enjoyed our stay here & would recommend for those busy exploring travellers. Pub St & markets an easy few minutes stroll. Booked 1 night but stayed 3.

Great location but old villa.
Overall, it is a pleasant trip. The hotel provides round trip transfer for guest from airport to hotel and vice versa. However, when I was on my way back to the airport on the last day, they said they will need to charge, which I don't have time to argue with them and paid. This was the only thing I do not like about it. However, they do provide early check in and late check out for me as my flight was early in the morning. They also waited me as my flight delayed. The receptionist is friendly but their English command was weak and I need to explain very hard to them to get the information I needed. The hotel room was big but it was old. Floors are not clean and toilet bowl are always stuck. The location was superb and walking distance to night market and pub street.

Affordable Guesthouse w/Great Staff & Facilities,
Really enjoyed stay here for 3 nights. Staff were very kind and they cleaned my room everyday. There is a new pool which is gorgeous and very large for a boutique guesthouse. Location is the best part - walking distance to everything. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a decent breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic guest house, you won't regret it.
Best guest house we have stayed in all of our Asia trip so far in 2 months of travel. Very clean rooms, of a good size, modern and stylish. Very well located so not to far from all the hustle but low road noise. Very helpful and friendly staff that have good English. Very nice manager let us stay in our room all day after the checkout time at no extra expense as we had a late sleeper bus booked for 1000 pickup. So we was able to get a shower before we left, means a lot to us weiry travellers, feel more human for the long coach ride ahead. Would totally recommend this place, very high 3 star. Fantastic. Only problem is its down hill from here as others can't match the quality for the price. Go book it

Location good
You get what you pay for. This hotel was very close to great restaurants and Pub Street. The room was very average with one of the smallest bathrooms we have seen. Staff were very friendly and keen to help but the breakfasts were very ordinary. Probably would not recommend this to family and friends.
