"We had a total of 6 adults and 3 young kids. The house was perfect for a group of our size. The bedrooms slept great and the common areas were big enough for everyone to hang out. The proximity to the beach was awesome and the area was shallow and perfect for the 5-7 year olds we had on the trip. The pool was well taken care of and a nice added treat. The man who lives in the house next door was friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. "

"Cons: I'll start with the one con and honestly a deal breaker for me personally to rent again. The AC is locked with a minimum of 69. This beautiful house features large windows and the master bedroom heats up with the door closed. The thermostat is in the haul and is much cooler than the master. "
