We love Ambassador Transit hotels in both terminal 1&2 @ Changi Airport. We have used these locations many times since 2004. The hotel is always clean, quiet, easy to find following the overhead signage. Highly recommend, but reserve early!

It is a good system to have for travellers with long haul itineraries - to have a break of 6 hours where you can lie down/sleep during a 24 - 30 hour flying schedule. It was very comfortable and clean and staff very helpful Thankyou
