I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. Also walkable to the Gardens by the Bay if you stay hydrated! It took me about 25 min to walk there. The staff were also fabulous and so thoughtful: for example they noticed one morning I’d bought a large take out coffee so they left me extra coffee pods & creamers in my room for the next day! I didn’t even have to ask. They also left me little gifts like towel animals & orchid blossoms to make me smile & really feel special.

Loved the hotel. Well situated for most things. Staff were lovely. Only issue we had was with the extra bed for my daughter, it was so uncomfortable. No mattress toppers but they did try an extra duvet .

A really lovely hotel . We had a lovely room with a good view, a,good bathroom with a bath and shower and all the facilities you could want including a comfy bed. The club lounge was superb with all the staff so helpfull, they couldn't do enough for you. Loved it !!!

Beautiful hotel, suited to business stays.
Hotel itself is beautiful, great amenities, housekeeping was excellent and everything seemed very new. Can only fault the service with regard to in house dining. Despite having 12 restaurants, not one of them had room for in house guests, nor did they seem bothered to try to assist. The pool area wasn’t what we expected, the area was basic and had elderly aquatics classes taking place with music blasting from a speaker, perfect if this is your vibe but not what we had in mind for pool relaxing.

Lovely rooms, staff very accommodating and beautifully presented. Only concerns were buffet breakfast really busy with wait times for a table and coffee very weak, even when made by barista. Needed a double shot espresso to get any strength. Hadn’t experienced this in previous visits.
