1. Booking confirmation message from the hotel customer service sucks and impolite. 2. The property is Under renovation with noise and without dining/ swimming facilities to provide. They only informed the hotel guests After booking without cancellation allowed. It’s totally unacceptable. 3. The shower room is small and open with any door. The toilet floor get all wet after every shower making the toilet very wet and slippy.4. Ordered extra blanket before arrival but Nothing provided when checked in. No points to do the so-called pre checks in registration. Overall Not recommend to stay.

Stayed in May 2024 and property at ground level is under construction for new lobby/1st floor. Directions to check-in posted with clear directions to head to back and up parking structure. Clean room, clean bathroom, amenities provided (extra in lobby), onsite fitness area with decent workout machines/weights. Surrounded by restaurants and <5 minute walk to either Bencoolen or Bugis MRT stations. Would recommend.

Great location and affordable!
I could not have asked for a better affordable hotel in such a great location! I enjoy walking and felt I was able to walk to many areas Singapore that I was looking to visit during my holiday. I had read reviews before booking about the rooms and while the room was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable and cozy. I was traveling solo but found the room to be perfect for what I needed. I also found a space to be able to lay out my suitcase, which I read was not possible in other reviews. As someone who does have several beauty/bathroom products, I still found it spacious enough to have items around the sink. The only slight issue I had with the design of the shower was that water did not always stay in the shower area because of the design. During my stay the hotel was very communicative about a power disruption that was taking place on one of the days I was there. They communicated in advance, when I checked in, and had information in the elevators. Unfortunately my room was still impacted with power issues post the outage, but they did work quickly to fix it. During that time they provided me with water and a phone charger which is what I needed the most at that time of the day. As a solo traveler I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
