better not to...
although a member of ALL, i regret I stayed in Mercure this time in Singapore. Arrogant staff Bad Service Breakfast have minimum spread No taste Restaurants for breakfast was over crowded but the cleaning services were poor. Long waiting time

Location is great, shops all around, MRT access is easy. Only down side is that the Queen beds are a bit small if your over 6ft your feet may be hanging off the bed.

It was a great stay. Only reason for 3 stars is the fact that the Pay later option was not available at check in. We had opted for that but because the credit card was not available we had to pay upfront with the debit card. It is important to make this clear from the outset to avoid disagreements. Other than that great hotel great staff and great location. Everything is at the doorsteps of this hotel.

My Mum and I got exactly what we needed from this stay. A clean and quiet hotel with comfortable beds and a good shower. It is a little further from the airport than most for a short stopover stay, but it was well worth it because we got onto our next flight refreshed and happy.
