Good spot. Downstairs restaurant food was unexciting. Breakfast for two was quoted as $ 60.0 for two on asking for this it was quoted as $91.0 lus tax!

Inconsiderate arrangement and service
I booked 1 club room for 4 nights and 1 standard room for 3 nights in this hotel for my parents, my sister and I. As my parents left one day earlier than my sister and I, we changed the standard room to club room on the last night. It was insane that they only reserved one breakfast for the last day ! When I asked reception of both breakfast restaurant on 21/F and 1/F , both of them requested me to add on one more breakfast if I could like to have breakfast together with my sister! The reason was that I marked only one adult in the last night booking for exactly the same room like I booked for my parents for the previous 3 nights !!!! It was insane. The arrangement was inflexible with an unacceptable reason. It ruined my morning plan, which I had a early flight. Also, after I changed my room to club room, there was a dead cockroach sitting in the middle of rooms corridor.

We actually stayed in Club room from 22/12/24 to 29/12/24 and in between we also booked a good friend in Club room from 23/12/24 to 26/12/24. When Scott at check in knew about this he actually made sure our friend will get a room closest to us the next day. We also told him we celebrated our Gold Wedding Anniversary on this trip. The next evening we had a congratulation card and a bottle of red wine in our room from the Duty Manager Jeremy Kim. We appreciate the special attention given to us. Benefits if you book the Club rooms : can have breakfast, chips and drinks from 11:30am to 4:30pm then Happy Hours with snacks and drinks from 6pm to 8pm. Very handy to chill out when one has a long day out. Also a private Club pool on this club lounge floor but of course can go to the general pool on the hotel top floor. Oasia is only minutes from MTRk and walking distance to Maxwell Food Centre, Chinatown & Lau Pak Sa Food Centre. The Concierge staff are all very helpful especially Dharma and Kinnon to call taxi for us. We will stay here again.

The Oasis is just a short walk from the MRT, making it easy to travel around and see the sights. We were warmly greeted on first arrival with our cases being taken by the porter, check in is on the 12 floor and then as we were Club, onto the 21st floor to change elevator to our room. The room was a good size enough space for our 2 suitcases and bags, we looked out onto the Club swimming pool and could see the port in the distance. The Club pool is covered as there are 2 floors above, the top floor being another swimming pool. This meant the room didn’t receive full sunlight, which was not a bad as it helped keep the room cool. The bathroom is a little odd being that it is separated by 3 sliding glass panels. Although smoked glass and partly reflective, they don’t completely obscure what’s going on! We used the Club room for breakfast, there is another food area on the ground floor but it’s open to all guests and much busier, if you book club, use the club facilities. The Club level also offers an evening session where drinks and nibbles are provided by the staff, this was also very nice. The Club level is within an atrium on the 21st floor, this means you can sit by the pool or in one of the many sofas and chairs out of direct sunlight while enjoying the heat and avoiding the afternoon rain! If your around at 6pm there is even the option for a back or foot massage

While initial check-in in our first night was rough and confusing (we were informed by the late night staff there was no 2 bedroom club rooms left when that is what we paid for), the rest of our time was excellent. We stayed for 4 days and 4 nights and majority of staff are helpful and eager to make the experience great. There are many added benefits to booking the club rooms so we highly encourage anyone staying here to do so. Amenities were excellent like the infinity pool, breakfast included and massages of the day. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Singapore!

Our stay . ok. Didnt think the cleaning was up to other hotels we have stayed in while in singapore. Dront door didnt lock, right. Wardrobe door was really hard to open, toilet door got stuck half way. And we had a faulty light that flickered most of the night. They did send two workmen to fix it but it was not a good job at all. Staff were nice and friendly. We are going back to club lounge when we return and we are hoping its alot better.

My partner and I both stayed at the Oasis downtown Hotel at the end of November. We booked a deluxe room, which had us staying on the 16th floor, overlooking the 12th floor lobby / seating area. On our first night we were greeted by Nuratirah. It was our first time in Singapore and she very helpfully gave us a city map and took us through what was good to do / go and see. Her recommendations were all spot on and really helpful. She genuinely seemed invested in making sure we had a good time! Throughout our stay, every time she saw us, she checked on us and what we were up to. This was a very nice personal touch, she is a true asset to the hotel. What we liked: - The building, once you arrive it is a striking building. - The location, situated a few minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station, this was a perfect spot to easily get around the city. This line goes to the airport, with only one small interchange (same platform) at Tanah Merah. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of the marina and Lau Pa Sat hawker centre. - Comfy room, the bed was nice , big and comfortable. Rooms were quiet and the windows fully blacked out when the curtains were closed. - Fresh filtered water via a machine in the 12th floor lobby area.Glass bottles are provided in the room to What could have been improved: - Lack of storage space in the room. - Bar only available on first floor - Window between bedroom and bathroom
